When Matt isn’t in the office, delivering oil, or hauling fuel for Kurrle Transport he enjoys being at the race track as a spectator, or playing cards with friends and family. On the rare occasion he finds time to get away he can be found anywhere tropical and warm soaking in the sun and sights.

When Mandy is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family including her sweet grandbaby. She can also be found at one of her happy places relaxing and searching for sea glass at one of our local New England beaches or at her and Matt’s favorite vacation spot Key West.

Service Manager

Ray joined the White’s Heating service team in December of 2017.

When Ray isn’t visiting customers homes to prepare quotes or servicing systems he enjoys being at camp taking in the scenery from the dock in the summer and going out on his snow mobile in the winter.

Head fleet mechanic for White’s and Kurrle Transport, as needed oil driver, as needed tanker driver, all around jack of all trades

Woody has been with the White’s Heating team since June of 2022.

When Woody isn’t at the shop, in the office or out and about in one of the trucks. He enjoys being up at camp spending time with his wife, family, and friends.

Assistant Fleet mechanic for White’s and Kurrle Transport, as needed oil driver for White’s, working towards getting his CDL-A to become an as needed Kurrle Transport driver, working towards being a certified Service technician.

Brian is the newest member to the team starting June 2026.

While not studying and attending classes he can be found with friends and family either prepping a car for racing or just hanging at Thunder Road with family and friends.

Assistant Fleet mechanic, and oil driver for White’s

Ethan has been with the White’s Heating team since September of 2023.

When Ethan is not working on or driving truck, he enjoys relaxing at home or can be found out in the woods hunting.

Apprentice fleet mechanic and service technician

Miles has been with the White’s Heating team since he was a Senior in high school as part of the CO-OP learning program starting in January of 2024.

When Miles isn’t working on trucks or helping our service team, he enjoys hanging with friends, watching his favorite sport hockey in person or on tv especially his favorite team the Bruins play.

Seasonal oil driver, and Kurrle Transport dump truck driver

Artie joined the White’s Heating team in June 2021.

When Artie isn’t delivering oil or out in the dump truck, he is spending time out at the mud bogs or having a good time with friends.

Brian has been part of the White’s Heating team since October 2020.

When Brian isn’t in his oil truck, he enjoys hanging with his wife and hitting it big at the casino.

Eric joined the White’s Heating team in August of 2025.

Eric enjoys taking his motorcycle out to unwind whenever the weather allows.

Casey has been a part of the White’s Heating service team since December 2002.

Pat joined the White’s heating service team in October 2022.

When Pat isn’t answering service calls, or cleaning heating systems he enjoys playing golf and hiking.

Brittany joined the White’s Heating office team in November of 2025.

When Brittany isn’t in the office, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, and her dog Whisper, along with fostering with For The Love of Dogs.

When Jessica isn’t in the office, she is homeschooling her kiddo, spending time with family, friends, or hanging with her husband watching movies, or exploring backroads on his motorcycle looking for hiking trails and local restaurants to try.
